Azamgarh

Durvasa: This location Phulpur tehsil headquarter is located 6 kilometers to the north. This place is quite famous for the hermitage of sage Durvasa located here. Every year on the occasion of Kartik Purnima fair is very large here. Thousands of students came here to acquire knowledge.

Bwaranath Temple: This temple is one of the major temples in Azamgarh district. Bwaranath temple is situated two kilometers from the city. On the occasion of Shivaratri is a very big fair is held. Thousands of devotees gather in this fair.
