Faizabad

Faizabad is a town in the Northern state of Uttar Pradesh. This is the birthplace of Lord Rama, Ram Manohar Lohia, Kunwar Narayan, Ram Prakash Dwivedi, Thakur Shiv Darshan Sihan.

History:
Faizabad's history is very proud and rich. It is Lord Rama's birth and karmasthali. Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shriram, is in Faizabad district. After Ram-Bharat Milp, Bharat Khandu stayed for fourteen years at a place called Bharatkund, situated 15 km south of Faizabad headquarter. Here, the descendant of Lord Rama comes in the form of Saru River and man welfare from the seventies. The Shri Anad Panchkukhi Mahadev Temple situated in the Gupta Ghat, situated in the cantonment area, is the center of the faith of the people.
