West Bengal

History of Bengal:
Bengal began from the 13th century by Islamic rule and a prosperous center in the development of business and industry in the Mughal regime in the 16th century, European traders arrived here by the end of the 15th century and in the region until the end of the 18th century British East India had come to regulate the company. The origins of the British Empire in India came from here, in 1947, India became independent and along with it divided into Bengal, Muslim province East Bengal (which later became Bangladesh) and Hindu Prahhan West Bengal (Indian Bengal).

Geography:
This state spread over 88,853 sq km of land in the eastern part of India. Its north is Sikkim, Assam in the north-east, Bangladesh in the east, the Bay of Bengal in the south and Orissa and Bihar and Jharkhand in the west.

From the eastern part of the Himalayan mountain ranges in the north to the Bay of Bengal in the south, the geographical condition of the state seems very diverse. The summit of Darjeeling in the north is part of the Himalaya mountain range. There is a peak of Sandakfu which is the highest peak of the state. On the south side, the plain part starts after a small valley. This field ends with the Ganga delta in the south. The plains are very wide in the region, also in Bangladesh in the east. The west side is the plateau.

The main branch of Ganga is divided into many parts - one branch enters Bangladesh, which is known as Padma (Podda), the other branches flowing along the names of West Bengal (Indian Bengal) south along with Bhagirathi and Hooghly names Are there. All the above branches are immersed in the Bay of Bengal on the south. The estuary of the river Ganges (Sundarbans) is the world's largest estuary (delta). Rivers flow in Teesta, Mahananda, Torsa etc. in the northern mountainous region. Damodar, Ajay, Kangsaabati etc. are main streams in the Western Plateau.

The season of West Bengal (Bharatiya Bengal) is predominantly tropical.

Culture:
There has been a long and streamlined tradition of dance, music and cinema. Durgapujaja is celebrated with enthusiasm and extensive public participation here. Cricket and football are among the most popular sports here. Players like Saurabh Ganguly and team like Mohan Bagan and East Bengal are from this state. If the numbers like Naxalism were born here on the basis of numbers, but the peace of the people here is the thing which is universally visible (worth seeing). In interactive talk, you are used on the basis of seniority of second men (almost equivalent of Hindi's equivalent), thoui (almost equivalent to you of Hindi), and you (your equivalent of Hindi). People in cities often live in small families. The people here like fish (maize-rice) are very much like. This region is famous for its sweet sweets - the invention of Rasgulla was also here.

Literary movement:
There are no literary movements in Bangla language and this is the hungry generation movement which started in Patna by Shakti Chattopadhyay, Malay Rai Chowdhury, Debi Rai, Subimal Basak, Sameer Rai Chowdhury, Patna city of Kavigan, Bihar, and which made Tehelka complete in Bengal. Was; Even the lawsuits against the agitators were filed. After all, the bijjat was completed, but the fame of those people spread throughout India and America was also in Europe.

Politics:
West Bengal has the Trinamool Congress government. The Chief Minister of West Bengal is Mamta Banerjee and for the last 35 years (since 1977) there is a Left Front Government. Other popular local leaders include Mamta Banerjee's name.

There is a parallel government of the CPI (M) CPI (M) with the Left Front government in the state. They do not have to take government's permission when and how to alter the state's developments. The recent incident of Nandigram is a jungle example of this. There have been barbaric torture on people in Nandigram. CPI (Maoist) cadres misbehaved with women and killed people with brutality. At present, Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya has also flown away saying that the government believes that there has been a big mistake in Nandigram. Social worker Medha Patkar and writer Mehsweta Devi also provided proof of this, but the government did not take any action against the culprits. The victims have not received any relief till now. Although many NGOs are working for their rehabilitation, but nothing is being done due to government slowdown.

The government, which is based on socialism, has become ready for capital investment in times of economic liberalization. The roots of politics in the state are linked to labor organizations who do not want industrialization due to their prejudices. That's why Tata Motors's much-awaited car Nano factory has got into a haystack. Farmers and some opportunist leaders have started their protest. There is no shortage of people who have polarized their politics during the period of opportunism, so the Trinamool Congress president, Mamta Banerjee, who is in charge, has joined the tune of land-breaking resistance. The problems of Bhattacharya who are dreaming of foreign direct investment in the state have increased. Tata has also warned the government in this regard. Anytime the nano plant can be shifted elsewhere. This is a headache for those who promote Marxism in Bengal. Marxism has become so deeply involved in the people there that now the anti-industrialist people have adopted the government.
