Samparkananda

Samparkananda is an Indian politician and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Samparkananda (1 January 1890 - 10 January 1969) was a skilled and courageous politician and a well-known literary teacher and teacher.

Biography:
Pratamanand was born in Varanasi on 1 January 1890 in a Kayastha family. At the same time, B.Sc. from Queens College. Shri Pratvananda had the passion of serving the nation from the beginning and you used to be eager to participate in the freedom struggle conducted by Mahatma Gandhi. With this, when you were invited to work in Kashi University, established with the aim of providing national education to the students who were boycotting government schools, you gladly accepted it. While working there teaching you several times participated in the Satyagraha movement and went to jail. In 1926, for the first time, you were elected from the Congress and elected members of the Assembly. On the establishment of the Congress cabinet in 1937, after giving resignation of Education Minister Pyarelal Sharma, you became the Education Minister of Uttar Pradesh and introduced his amazing efficiency and skill. You also worked as Minister of Home, Finance and Information Department. After joining the Union Cabinet of Shri Govind Vallabh Pant in 1955, twice you were appointed Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. In 1962 you were made the governor of Rajasthan from where you retired in 1967.

Shri Sampurnanand was an exclusive supporter of Indian culture and Indianism. Yoga and philosophy were his beloved subjects. They regularly used to worship and evening and used to apply tilak on the forehead. In politics, he was a follower of socialism, but his socialism was in line with India's situation and Indian ideology different from his foreign counterpart. He had a special love from Hindi and Sanskrit, but he was also a good teacher of Urdu, Persian, besides the English and also a scholar of Physics, Astrology, and Philosophy. He continued to study the books of various subjects and collected valuable inventions in his mind, in his mind, for his public interest, his donation and eclipse were also done. He wrote the first scientific novel in Hindi. Apart from these, the majority of articles you wrote in the periodical papers are also the priceless funds of Hindi literature. Some of these collections have also been published.

You started the wonderful experiment of the free prison in Uttar Pradesh, which has been successful enough. You also have the credit to establish an observatory at Nainital. You have been an important contributor to the establishment of Hind Committee, run by Varanasi Sanskrit University and Uttar Pradesh Sarakar. Both of these institutions are your unique monuments of Sanskritism and Hindu love. In the field of art, you made the University of Lucknow's Maris Music College a university level. For the first time in the country, you started giving government grants to artists and writers. You have started the pension of old age too. Many of the country's universities have honored you with the honorary title of "Doctor". You also received the title "Literature" in the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, and you had also received the highest award "Mangalaprasad Puraskar" in Hindi literature.

You passed away on January 10, 1969, in Varanasi.
